MoonPay and Deel payroll project to reach 40,000 companies

Fintech company MoonPay announced a partnership with payroll and human resources platform Deel, which will enable companies to pay employee salaries in stablecoins using the Iron platform.
The project is targeting 40,000 companies and will initially launch in the UK and the EU, with a potential expansion to the United States later on.
In 2025, Deel processed 22 billion in payroll for its client companies and has been exploring stablecoin-based payroll options in USDC or Solana since 2021.
